Great clock, Great store

My husband and I visited this store in Oct 2012 and Catherine was very patient, knowledgable and extremely friendly. She has a "marvelous" store. The clock itself is great with very clear tone and fun to watch when it plays on the hour. This is our 2nd clock (other was Grand Nostalgia Entertainer seen in the store) in as many months as we had a hard time deciding which would be best. Catherine had it shipped and it arrived on time for Christmas. She is so great to deal with. Ordering online, on the phone or in the store makes no difference with the customer service.
